Refactor Template Editor

Things remaining:

• Ensure current functionality is bug free (manual testing)
• Move targeter configuration into UI abstracted controls
• Implement the a "Reset All" button for each abstracted UI (could go next to the group label)
• Clean up styles and classnames (use standard naming convention)
• Combine breakpoints into single line control (separate controls and reset buttons for each input should be kept)
• Multi-targeter support (would require dynamic UI abstractions) - the config currently supports this
• Move "project code" (templates config textarea) to new tab or copy to pastebin button

Ideas (not necessary):

• Support pasting of a config to initialize overrides
• Support saving configurations and having ability to switch between them (ties in with above)
