Also a certification system. Idk, it was just on another botlist so I thought to suggest it.

Another suggestion is you could add a resubmit feature where if a bot gets declined, it gets moved to a new section called waiting to be re-submitted or something and a button on the bot page for owners to re-submit there bots without having to re-enter there info. And it could alert the Bot Reviewers that the bot needs to be re-submitted.
