Title: Bug(homepage): duplicate PTE test cards and review autoscroll not working

Description:

The Problem
The Home page has two critical UI issues that degrade user experience:

1. Irrelevant Repeated Cards and irrelevant content

• The "PTE Test" section displays duplicate or irrelevant cards.
• Cards appear multiple times, cluttering the section and confusing users.
• This misrepresents the content and undermines the page's credibility.

2. Review Scrolling Not Working

• The reviews/testimonials section is static (not autoscrolling).
• Users cannot see the full rotation of testimonials.
• The intended seamless scroll animation is broken.

Expected Behaviour

• PTE Test Cards: Each card should appear once, displaying relevant and unique content. without random content
• Reviews Section: Reviews should autoscroll continuously in a seamless loop, with hover-pause functionality.

Severity
High – Affects user experience, engagement, and brand perception.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Home page.
2. Scroll to the PTE Test section – observe duplicate/repeated cards.
3. Scroll to the Reviews section – note that testimonials are static (not scrolling).
