RFC 5785 registered the /.well-known/ space for information such as this and provides an IANA registry to prevent collisions with other well known data.

+1! This should use /.well-known/ and the name should end in .md not .txt (since it's specifically a markdown file).

(And before things get too far with this project, I want to share that I struggle with this project being named after large "language" models since there are many other modalities now being supported with large models, not just language, but audio, video, behavioural, multimodal, etc.)
