Let user handle tied embeddings in auxiliary embeddings

In the current implementation of the Transformers auxiliary embeddings, we check at initialization whether the model has tied embeddings and decide automatically whether to use the input or the output embeddings. We should instead let the user decide by adding a flag to the constructor.
