Never managed to do a single subtask (its on windows i set as mc, sorry)

What happened?

No matter how many times and how simple a task i try, it simply never goes into properly doing any subtask. It can only plan. Never managed to leave out of it. 5x full 5h of claude code max ran out and never managed to ran a single time.

Steps to reproduce

I just create a task, click on run, and it never properly does it.

Expected behavior

It should do the substasks, obviously

Confirmed, I added "python.exe -m pip install pywin32" and started seeing progress
