Clear definition of generated json file

Thanks for your great job. But I find the README do not illustrate clear about the generated json file. For example, what is the input image path. i think in the downloaded huggingface dataset, this is not useful. images are just stored with PIL.Image, not in folder way. And also, is the output image path is relevant path? i think in the eval file u named a output path folder. But in the readme, there is no instruction about how to generate the metadata.json file. And also in the example of the readme, the annotated_qa_pairs is quite different from what it shows in huggingface.
