unable to connect QT app to stm32, and send data to the stm32 to change the input threshold #2

i cannot get the app to success uploading the values
i compiled myself the QT app and the STM32 software also , i used keil 5 to upload it to stm32, i also used the released version of the QT app and the HEX files for the stm32 , using STM32 cube programmer to flash it , my discord is "reziciak"
