If you delete old chunks to generate a new trial chamber, or copy and paste a trial chamber across worlds, the spawners/vaults do not work
The spawners appear as deactivated, with no fire particles/mobs inside them
Occasionally they do have the fire particles but do not spawn mobs
The vaults just don't work when you click on them, presumably because the game thinks they have already been opened
Expected behavior:
The spawners should spawn mobs and have the fire particles and stuff
The vaults should give items when clicked on
Steps To Reproduce:
Open any bedrock world, I was on seed -7203507603979108244
Load the chunks where there is supposed to be a trial chamber, not sure if these chunks had to be loaded in previous versions
Delete those chunks containing the trail chamber, I was trying to load the one at 249, 231
Go into the world and load in the trial chamber, some if not all of the spawners and vaults will be broken
Can also be replicated by coping a trail chamber across worlds

Maybe a nbt issue with the new blocks?
With some more testing it might be an issue on minecrafts side, /setblocked vaults and spawners are broken too but not sure why ones loaded in new chunks aren't working
