Make Android app available beyond Google Play (e.g. APK, F-Droid)

Great app and even better that it is open source ❤️!

As far as I can tell the Android app can only be installed using Google Play. Could you add other options for people that don't/can't use Google Play? For example by releasing and APK here on GitHub (people can then use Obtainium) and by adding it to F-Droid.

You are right that the Android version is currently only available through Google Play. (And the iOS version only through the Apple App Store). We will explore the possibilities to release it trough other channels.
