Users can add tags to their posts

As a site post author I can add tags to my posts so that they can be grouped with similar posts.

I should be able to apply tags according to the following tag groupings:

• Where it was sourced from:
  • Homemade vs Restaurant vs Shop-bought
• Whether it tasted particularly good or bad
  • Delicious vs Disgusting
• Whether it looked particularly appealing or not
  • Looks great vs Looks ugly
• Of a specific cuisine type

Acceptance Criteria

• Given a user is creating a post, then they can add pre-made tags to their post
• Given a user has authored a post, when they edit it then they should be able to also change which tags are applied
