[Feature Request] ItemModel vs ModelData

I'd love to be able to specify ItemModels instead of CustomModelData for tags and the gui :)
While I'm able to use CMD for some buttons, I cant get oversized_in_gui to work with CMD.
If it's already a feature, I can't find any info in the wiki about it.
