No way to add a command per item

I can not for the life of me figure out how to add commands per tag. I am trying to add a permissions check and to deny purchase if they do not meet the requirements and then if they do have the permission to run 2 commands this would be per tag unless there is an easier way. I know your plugin has the ability( it's highly customizable) to to this but I could not figure out how to do this, I guess I am having a hard time reading the wiki. Thank you for your help! Yes I am a paying customer.

I really don't understand what you are saying but I think it doesn't currently have any of those features like running commands on click or similar
