Allsky-Modules Install script is broken

I have been using Allsky for years. I am setting up a new camera and have gotten everything installed and running except for the Allsky-Modules. The install makes it part way through and then errors out. Here is the log.

That looks like an error attempting to get the whiptail-dialogs from pypi

I am getting the same
