Summary

Add a diagnostics page for dashboard configuration and runtime state.

Current Behaviour

Setup issues may be difficult to diagnose across RPC, SDK, wallet, contract IDs, and network configuration.

Expected Behaviour

The dashboard should provide a redacted diagnostics page for contributors and maintainers.

Suggested Implementation

Create diagnostics page, status cards, copyable report, redaction, fixtures, and docs.

Diagnostics must not expose secrets.

I'd like to work on this. I'll add a diagnostics page under app/ that surfaces RPC, SDK, wallet, contract, and network
status as redacted cards, with a copyable report and fixtures covering healthy and failing states.
