Add a review step to RWA asset registration flow.

Current Behaviour

Asset registration may allow users to proceed without clearly reviewing metadata, issuer, supply, and network details.

Expected Behaviour

The dashboard should require a review-before-submit step for asset registration.

Suggested Implementation

Create review UI, validation summary, SDK integration, warning states, tests or fixtures, and docs.

• Asset registration review step is added.
