[Proposal] Co-Maintainer & PR Review Support for upcoming GrantFox / Wave cycles

Hey @El-swaggerito and Axionvera team,

I’ve been a core contributor to Axionvera/aegis-contracts with 10 merged PRs across your smart contracts and dashboard integrations. I’m very familiar with your Soroban SDK setup, compliance state machine, and mandatory make verify testing gates.

I know running GrantFox evaluations and going through the Reviewer Evidence Checklist for incoming PRs takes up a huge amount of maintainer bandwidth during active sprint cycles.

I’d love to step up as a co-maintainer / PR reviewer on GitHub for upcoming GrantFox and Wave cycles to help offload that work.

I can take full ownership of:

1. Applicant Screening: Reviewing contributor scorecards and assigning tasks to reliable builders.
2. PR Code Reviews & Evidence Verification: Running local make verify gates, checking clippy/fmt output, and enforcing your Reviewer Evidence Checklist and acceptance criteria mapping.
3. Issue Triage: Scoping issues, assigning points/bounties, and managing platform campaign labels.
