Summary

Add supply cap enforcement for RWA minting.

Current Behaviour

Minting may not consistently enforce maximum supply, zero amount rejection, or repeated minting boundaries.

Expected Behaviour

Contracts should reject minting beyond configured supply caps and preserve state after failures.

Suggested Implementation

Implement supply cap tracking, boundary checks, tests, events, and docs.

I'd like to work on this. I'll add supply-cap tracking and boundary checks to minting (reject over-cap and zero/invalid
amounts), emit a cap event, and add tests covering the boundary cases plus docs on supply assumptions.
