Document low-effort contribution examples for Aegis Contracts.

Current Behaviour

Contributors may not understand why a small merged PR with minimal changes may not satisfy evaluation requirements.

Expected Behaviour

The repo should show examples of superficial changes, partial implementations, missing-test submissions, and failing-CI submissions.

Suggested Implementation

Create a guide with poor examples, why they are insufficient, and improved alternatives.
