Invisible Objects and house robberies not working

When i lockpick to rob a house i fall through the world but when i rob south side houses i can go inside it but most of the objects are invisible and when i finish searching for items it doesn't give me any items and also some objects are invisible in the room before you enter the courthouse room

i notice the reason after you search for items is that there is no houserobberies:rob server event. anywhere even though it calls for that event.
