Lenovo 14 iml Thermald

I get my laptop shut down because of thermal throttling I am unable to figure out how to resolve it.

thermald is preinstalled in kubuntu 22.04 but on getting it's status it says.

wanted to know will disabling thermald and only using autocpufreq help in temp??
