Allow granular enabling/disabling of code lenses

The current wake.lsp.code_lens.enable setting, although described as "Enable code lens with number of references", disables all code lenses.

Personally, I don't find that particular code lens very useful, and find it a bit obtrusive to have it shown on each variable declaration. An option to turn off this particular code lens separately from others would be much appreciated.
