For any application that was not entered with a deadline, the deadline is set to 17-11-2023. I'm not really sure where this date came about, since its adding about an application maybe the deadline should be a compulsory field? Or it could be a string like NA instead of a random date since it might get confusing.

We can "fix" this issue by editing the UG to mention what the default values of each field in JobApplication are - for deadline, we default to two weeks from the input date.
