Shields block airflow, and therefore the supermatter engine

Power issues because of the shield gen

Steps to reproduce

• set up shield
• set up sm
• cry as it no longer makes power because 0 airflow = no cold loop

• This literally breaks the SM engine.

Also advanced shields when set to protect the hull straight up don't work. Nice.
