Add the possibility of editing lists from VSCode

Is it possible to add the functionality of editing lists on VSCode? For example being able to remove components from a list - or at least being able to add a custom action on the list - for example for LSTXREF:

I'll add to this, the ability to move items from one list to another as this is needed for compile reasons within Arcad
