Feature request: Read source files from S3 bucket and construct bag on S3 bucket #564
Description
Feature request: Configure DART to also support the option of reading source files and writing temporary files and bags to a user-defined S3 bucket. Ideally, users could provide a S3 url for the source files for the bag, and then there would be an additional option that users could set, to provide a S3 url for the location where the bag will be written and then uploaded to APTrust. In this way, users could also take advantage of low-cost s3 storage for their local submission and processing needs.
