Build the Onboarding / Sign-Up Screen

Description:
The app needs an onboarding screen (seen in screenshots) with "Continue with Google", "Continue with Apple", email input, and a "Get Started Free" button. The screen also shows the product hero (animated video preview + headline).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Screen renders at src/app/(auth)/sign-up.tsx and is shown to unauthenticated users
• "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Apple" buttons are present (can call placeholder handlers for now)
• Email input field validates format before allowing form submission
• "Get Started Free" button is disabled until a valid email is entered
• "Already have an account? Log in" link navigates to a sign-in screen
• "PROTECTED BY RECAPTCHA & PRIVACY POLICY" footer text is present
• Screen is fully accessible (labels, roles, keyboard-friendly)
