Replace Expo Starter Home Screen with ClipCash Home Screen

Description:
The current src/app/index.tsx still shows the default Expo starter template ("Welcome to Expo"). It needs to be replaced with the real ClipCash Home screen that shows a personalized welcome message, a Quick Upload button, a Total Earnings summary card, and a Recent Projects section — matching the designs shown in the screenshots.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Home screen displays "Welcome back, [name]!" and a subtitle tagline
• A teal "Quick Upload" button is present and tappable
• A Total Earnings card shows earnings amount and percentage change
• A "Recent Projects" section renders at least two project cards with title and last-edited time
• Screen uses the existing ThemedView and ThemedText components
• No Expo starter boilerplate text remains
