No flag appear anymore after a theme upgrade #17

Hi my theme upgrade Themeco Pro seem to make the auto-selected flag (country) disabled on front end in forms.
the following error raised:

La ressource à l’adresse « https://ipinfo.io/?callback=jQuery112406751079538630981_1586991414028&_=1586991414029 » a été bloquée en raison d’un type MIME (« application/json ») incorrect (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

Is there a link ?
