TranslucentFlyouts.Win32 does not work for immersive flyout (Windows 11 22H2 22621.900)

In Windows 22H2 Build 22621.900 Flyouts are not working, only the Tooltips and popups are working.

It just does nothing on the flyouts:

Everything is normal I guess, because TranslucentFlyouts only supports win32 flyouts.
