Add overlying categories and status labels/flags

It could be helpful to have categories like computing, data handling, AI, Trust/security, GUI, scientific, professional.

For status we should distinguish between entries which are irrelevant, interesting, planned to be used and in use.

Statuses were added as own field. categories are now tags with the group "category"
