Add MCP provider management and usage tracking database schema

Adds three new tables for MCP (Model Context Protocol) provider management: - McpProviders: Registry of external MCP servers with transport config, API key requirements, rate limits, and tool filtering - McpUsageLogs: Per-request audit trail with tool name, token counts, duration, response status, and error messages - McpDailyStatistics: Aggregated daily metrics per provider (request counts, success/error rates, token usage, total duration)
