Description
Write unit and integration tests for the OBS logic to ensure reliability.

Requirements

Write test cases for the top-up process.
Test failure scenarios (insufficient funds, invalid account).
Ensure test coverage meets project standards.

Acceptance Criteria

All test cases should pass.
Edge cases should be handled correctly.
Test results should be documented.
