Support for lnurl-pay is missing

Iam testing static qr code solution with lnurl within my LNBits installation.

On Eclair Andoird Wallet, the lnurl string format seems to be not supported.

Here is an example of a LNURL which can be used on ZAP Android, Liightning Labs Android App and Phoenix Android App:

Same issue when trying to use https://lnmarkets.com/

• Deposit works
• You can't withdraw as it's using https://github.com/btcontract/lnurl-rfc/blob/master/lnurl-withdraw.md

Hey all, iam very happy to get used to eclair wallet. Finally LNBits did a huge step with LNURLp to make use of static QR codes. I would love some support for this functionality :)
