I have seen the issue ACINQ/eclair#343 which fixes the handling/parsing of URI with IPv6 addresses. But does this mean that the Eclair mobile app also fully supports IPv6?

My problem ist that I can not open an channel to a node over IPv6. One example is this host: https://1ml.com/testnet/node/038863cf8ab91046230f561cd5b386cbff8309fa02e3f0c3ed161a3aeb64a643b9 (on TESTNET !)
