[Feature Request] Allow disabling the player inventory crafting grid

Fairly self explanatory: would love to see a new tweak configuration option, to allow disabling the player inventory's 2x2 crafting grid slots/output slot, in turn disallowing items to be placed into the 2x2 area, thus rendering inventory crafting an impossibility. This would be incredibly useful for modpacks that focus on alternative methods of obtaining/crafting materials.

Not sure how best to approach the JEI recipe button though; maybe hide that too? Or allow it to be optionally hidden?

While you're poking at the inventory, I can imagine some people might like the option to remove the offhand/armour slots. I don't personally need that, though I figured it worth mentioning as a side-note.

Good to know! Will make use of that for the meantime; though would still love to see this rolled into UT as an option. Ideally without leaving the useless slots laying around. Thanks.
