Description
The explosion from High Explosive rounds does not occur on impact as it should. A prop hit by an HE round will still take damage and physical impact. If a prop is destroyed that way, it will create a burning piece of debris. Props in the appropriate blast radius from the point of impact do not take damage or physical impact, so this is not just a visual effect issue. Interestingly, the ammo box and HEAT round explosion still occurs properly, save for particles being completely black.
