Request - Ability to disable everything but core experience by default such as custom npcs, hiring npcs, bandits etc.

This is a dependency mod but it has a serious flaw as just that - the ability to not use specific features.

• Disable SMX default
• Disable Custom NPCs Default
• Disable UI Changes

This would make the mod more appealing due to the fact that some mods rely on this but I am not interested in like Harley quin etc. I am also against new forced UIs in dependencies. (I like the current trader UI; I even learned how to disable it in War3zuk)

I want to use these mods https://www.nexusmods.com/7daystodie/mods/2232 but because NPC core is not compartmentalized I cannot without getting unwanted changes.
