Unable to authenticate using Phantom

Hello,
From Google Chrome (Version 120.0.6099.224 (Official Build) (64-bit)), I'm trying to authenticate to https://dashboard.4everland.org/login, using Phantom browser extension, without success.
The Phantom version is 23.19.0 and it's using a fresh wallet.
After validating the sign request:

Is there a way to authenticate using a Solana wallet and link a project to a SNS ?

Does this functionnality require an ìnviteCode ? I would love to get one :)
