update dashboard & consent screen

• add / page and update metadata
• deploy!!
• good readme
• update the dashboard to visualize all services being used and possibly add a feature for turning them on and off
• add cards showcasing exactly what scopes and what are they for
• possibly have the implementation such that, it asks for minimal scope while logging in and then users can choose which services they want to consent for ie dynamic consent for scopes
