Describe the bug
video 재생 중 videoElement와의 연결이 끊기는 등으로 videoPercent 갱신이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 재생이 불가한 오류가 있음.

How to find
재생 바를 막 돌려보던 중 확인하게 됌.

Expected behavior
매끄러운 재생
