Woot woot! This version adds more options for koe, it also adds some things that the official lavalink repo has.

• (koe) Added the option to use epoll.
• (koe) Added the option to change the byte buf allocator, options are pooled (default), netty-default, and unpooled

Update Lavaplayer

Change Lavalink

This build changes the lavalink dependency to com.github.devoxin so that loading playlists wont throw an NPE.
