Some missing entries and some completly untranslated files included

Items.xml in language versions only goes up to 1741, atm we are at 1761. That might calls for trouble with certain features

german Item.xml is only partly translated (vanilla and a few more, the others are english)

german Disease.xml seems not to be translated at all, so what's the point of it being included? There are other xml not translated which simply didn't end up in german version. Not sure if disease.xml might be required for something, that might be a reason ....

german DifficultySettings is missing nearly all entries.

The non-translated xml file is probably included so one can start translating it piece by piece. As there's not been that many people playing the german version or working on the mod, it's probably just been in limbo for a good while.
