Make TopbarPlus v3.4.0 captions more native-like

Hey TopbarPlus team — I’m using TopbarPlus v3.4.0 and noticed the captions look and behave differently from the native ones.
In the first video below you can see the native caption has a shadow, but the TopbarPlus caption doesn’t, and the animation also looks different. I fixed this on my side — the second video shows the caption after the fix. The shadow and animation now match the native caption, so please consider including this in the next TopbarPlus update — I’d really appreciate it!

Addendum: Improved the animation when captions are closed. The changes are reflected in the attached Caption.txt.
