Hi, I also ran into the same issue with MiniCPM 4.5 models before.
Just like you, my command window had no traceback—only an output error—and my environment was:

transformers 4.52.0

diffusers 0.35.1

Here's what worked for me:

I tried several permutations, but only after rolling transformers back to version 4.51.0, while keeping diffusers at 0.35.1, and upgrading bitsandbytes to 0.47.0, did the models finally run properly.

Some versions of transformers after 4.51.0 may break compatibility or introduce issues with Qwen3Config imports or other newer model classes, even though at first glance they look compatible
