Describe the bug
Some long press menu options disappear from a custom filter's menu

Thanks for reporting this with the video, super helpful.

I think the cause was AppFilterManager having 20+ @Published properties. Any background change (status updates, rule counts, etc.) triggered a full re-render of the filter list, which rebuilt the context menu mid-display on iOS, causing items to flicker out.

Fixed by extracting the filter row into a separate Equatable view struct. SwiftUI now skips re-rendering rows whose FilterList value hasn't actually changed, so the context menu stays stable throughout the long press.
