Did you explicitly enable all wBlock extensions for the web app you made? You need to do that separately from Safari itself.

Hello, I have confirmed that I enabled all of wBlock's extensions specifically for the YouTube Dock app (the 'Add to Dock' web app). When accessing YouTube directly via the Safari browser, ads are blocked properly. It's just that the ad blocking fails when accessing it via the YouTube Dock app.

I see the issue. For some reason, wBlock Advanced isn't included, and that is the extension that is responsible for YouTube ads. I will look into why this is the case. For now, you will need to use the browser to have YouTube ads blocked.
