spaceapi.json can be removed or redirected

This json is now dynamically hosted on https://windowserver.0x20.be/spaceapi.json

So this json can be deleted as it shows the space being closed permanently. Might still be used by something, but at least not by the 'official' services.

Even better would be able to redirect calls to hackerspace.gent/spaceapi.json to the new json, like that we can keep it on our main site which is cleaner.

Any suggestions on redirects? Deleting is easy.
