Add a CLI flag to scripts/zg_chain_node.py that prints version plus commit SHA and exits 0. Files: scripts/zg_chain_node.py. ETA 30 min. Done when version flag prints zgc v0.1.0 plus commit SHA and exits 0. Test added.
